Past experience:
I have being cooking now for over half my life started in Dunfanaghy and have being in Edinburgh, Australia, and then back to Letterkenny where I worked as Head Chef in the Station House Hotel for 7 years previous to Backstage Bar & Grill.

The nice friendly atmosphere with the staff . (also the brown slide in Century Play).

It's all great but I would have to say the God Father meat feast.
