We would ask customers to abide by the following when visiting Century Cinemas:

• Smoking is not permitted in any area of the cinema.
• Any person who we believe to have consumed alcohol will be refused entry.
• The use of any type of recording equipment is prohibited. Anyone found using recording equipment of any type will be removed from the premises and reported to the relevant authorities.
• In the interests of all customers we would ask that mobile phones be switched off at all times.
• A valid ticket is issued for each performance, patrons are requested to retain their ticket stub as proof of purchase.
• Identification may be required.
• Management have the right to refuse entry.
• Only snacks and food bought on the premises can be consumed on the premises.
• In the interest of safety, bags may not be allowed into the auditorium.
• If you need to refund / swap tickets this must be done at least 2 hours before the start time of the movie. This can be done in store or by calling us on 074 912 1976.
